PERSONALIZED MOVEMENT TRAINING
Build strength. Move with confidence.
Meet Verve Integrated Movement Training (IMT)—a personalized approach that brings together strength, mobility, balance and mindful movement in one session.
Designed around you, your goals and how you move today.
More than a workout.
WHAT IS IMT?
Verve Integrated Movement Training is one-on-one, movement-focused training tailored to you. It combines elements of personal training, Pilates principles, yoga-inspired mobility and functional strength work—without a one-size-fits-all routine.
Sessions can be adapted to your experience, abilities, interests and goals, whether you’re building a foundation, returning to regular exercise or looking to add more intention and variety to your training.
Train the way you want to move.
A WHOLE-BODY APPROACH
Strength is important. So are control, mobility and confidence. Verve’s IMT can bring these elements together in a session that reflects what matters to you.
01 / STRENGTH
Build capacity
Practise movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging and carrying to support everyday activities and recreation.
02 / STABILITY
Develop control
Work on coordination and control through the trunk, hips, shoulders and other areas of the body.
03 / MOBILITY
Move through range
Explore controlled movement through the ranges of motion that matter to your activities.
04 / BALANCE
Find your balance
Challenge balance and coordination through different positions, patterns and levels of support.
05 / AWARENESS
Move with intention
Use breath and focused cues to build awareness of positioning and movement.
06 / CONFIDENCE
Make movement your own
Build a more comfortable, sustainable relationship with exercise at a pace that suits you.
YOUR SESSION
No two sessions need to look alike.
Your session is shaped around your goals and may change as you progress. Expect personalized guidance—not a pre-set workout that everyone follows.

IS IMT FOR YOU?
Start where you are.
IMT can suit people who want individualized movement training but are looking for something beyond a traditional personal-training session.
You don’t need to be an athlete—or be “fit” before you begin. Sessions are adapted to your starting point.
UNDERSTANDING THE SERVICE
Training, not clinical rehabilitation.
Verve Integrated Movement Training is wellness-based personal training offered by a non-regulated practitioner. It is not healthcare, diagnosis or clinical rehabilitation.
If you have an injury, medical condition or rehabilitation need, consider first speaking with an appropriate regulated healthcare professional, such as a physiotherapist or chiropractor. They can help determine what care is suitable for you.
MOVEMENT AT VERVE
Support for where you are—and where you’re going.
Verve brings regulated healthcare services and wellness-based movement training together in one multidisciplinary environment. Each service has its own role and scope, and the right starting point depends on your needs.
01 / WHEN NEEDED
Address your concern
For pain, injury or a rehabilitation need, explore appropriate care with a regulated healthcare practitioner.
02 / BUILD
Develop strength and mobility
When suitable for your needs, movement training can help you work toward personal fitness goals.
03 / KEEP MOVING
Make movement a routine
Continue building confidence and capacity through individualized training that evolves with you.
