Dr. Dustin Ho

Dr. Dustin Ho is a dedicated health care professional with over five years of experience as a chiropractor, following eight years of practice as a Registered Massage Therapist prior to his retirement from the profession in 2025.

Originally from London, Ontario, Dr. Ho grew up playing competitive soccer and football—experiences that came with their fair share of injuries and ultimately sparked his passion for human movement and rehabilitation. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, then moved to Toronto to complete a Diploma in Massage Therapy. His commitment to advancing his clinical skills led him to pursue and obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

After completing his studies, Dr. Ho relocated to Ottawa, where he enjoys an active lifestyle with his partner and their two dogs. He spends much of his time outdoors—cycling and hiking in the summer, and downhill skiing throughout the winter. An avid runner, he has completed multiple marathons and half-marathons in recent years.

Dr. Ho is committed to patient‑centred care, with a strong emphasis on identifying the root cause of each concern and empowering patients through education. His treatment approach integrates a variety of evidence‑informed techniques, including soft‑tissue therapy, spinal manipulation, electroacupuncture, shockwave therapy, and instrument‑assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM).
